摘  要:为评价回收旧集料级配变异性,利用CVi和Wi对旧集料进行分析,明确了旧集料在服役期间变异性贡献主要筛孔为16、13.2、2.36mm和0.075mm。为改善级配变异性,采用细度模数进行合成级配设计,用贝雷法对级配进行检验,用P理论筛孔对贝雷法检验参数进行修正,最后利用K值对合成级配进行检验分析,得出了合成级配粗细集料有良好均匀性和骨架嵌挤结构的结论。To evaluate the gradation variability of recycled old aggregates,CVi and Wi were used to analyze the old aggregates.It was determined that the main mesh sizes contributing to the variability of used aggregates during service were 16mm,13.2mm,2.36mm and 0.075mm.The fineness modulus is adopted to improve the synthesis of gradation design,and it is verified by the bailey method whose test parameters are modified by the P mesh theory.Checked by the K value,the synthetic aggregate has good uniformity and skeleton embedded structures.
