炼化工程项目成本加酬金合同模式分析

摘　　要：成本加酬金的合同模式是当前工程建设项目较常见的一种合同计价模式,在该合同模式下,项目大部分的风险由发包人承担。从炼化工程项目常见的成本加酬金合同模式出发,分析该合同模式在项目实施过程中成本控制的难点,提出“降本增酬”的建议,以求实现发承包商共赢的目标。The contract mode of cost plus fee is a common contract pricing mode of current engineering construction projects.In this contract mode,most of the project risks are borne by the employer.Starting from the common cost plus remuneration contract mode of refining and chemical engineering projects,the difficulty of cost control in the implementation process of the contract mode was analyzed,and the suggestion of"reducing cost and increasing remuneration"was put forward,in order to achieve the goal of win-win development of contractors.
