摘　　要：本研究以焦点解决短期咨询的咨询步骤为主线,系统论述焦点解决短期咨询的基本观点、咨询的步骤和主要咨询技术,以咨询案例的形式展现使用焦点解决短期咨询技术帮助游泳运动员Z解决备战第七届军人运动会过程中睡眠问题的实施过程,并对咨询效果进行评述。结论:通过焦点解决短期咨询,结合放松训练、表象训练、行为程序等心理训练技术的运用,运动员Z睡眠质量和心理状态都获得了良好的改变,为其在第七届军人运动会上竞技水平的发挥以及优异成绩的取得打下了良好的心理基础。通过本文的论述,希望为运动心理学工作者在运动队的工作模式提供借鉴,同时对焦点解决短期咨询技术在运动员群体中的应用进行推广。This study takes the consultation steps of Solution-focused brief counseling as the main line,the basic views of solution-focused brief counseling,the steps of consultation and the main consulting techniques were discussed systematic.Showing the implementation process of using Solution-focused brief counseling techniques to help swimmer Z solve sleep problems during the preparation for the 7th Military Games,and the effect of consultation was commented.Through the Solution-focused brief counseling,combined with relaxation training,appearance training,behavioral procedures and other psychological training techniques,athlete Z's sleep quality and psychological state have been well changed.Such a move has laid a good psychological foundation for Z's prepare for the 7th Military Games and her excellent performance.Through the discussion of this paper,it is hoped that it can provide reference for sports psychologists'working mode in sports teams,and to promote the application of short-term counseling technology in the athletes'group at the same time.
