摘　　要：目的分析大学生休闲体育活动的影响因素。方法以计划行为理论为研究框架,对辽宁省1592名大学生进行问卷调查,运用二元logistic回归模型等统计方法,对大学生休闲体育活动的影响因素展开研究。结果与结论1)态度、主观规范和感知行为控制均对大学生休闲体育活动意愿产生显著正向影响,这3个影响因素的得分每增加一个单位,大学生参与休闲体育活动由低意愿转换为高意愿的概率就分别增加1.776倍、1.310倍和2.197倍;2)意愿和感知行为控制均对大学生休闲体育活动行为产生显著的正向影响,意愿和感知行为控制分别增加一个单位,大学生休闲体育活动活跃的概率将分别增加1.296倍和1.604倍;3)男生休闲体育活跃度显著高于女生,BMI正常组学生的活跃度显著高于肥胖组。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of college students'leisure time physical activity.Methods Taking the theory of planned behavior as the research framework,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,592 college students in Liaoning Province,and statistical methods such as binary logistic regression model were used to study the influencing factors of college students'leisure time physical activity.Results and Conclusion 1)Attitude,subjective norm and perceptual behavior control all have significant positive effects on college students'intention to leisure time physical activity,when the score of these three factors increases by one unit,the probability of college students'participation in leisure time physical activity changing from low intention to high intention increases by 1.776 times,1.310 times and 2.197 times respectively.2)Both intention and perceptual behavior control have a significant positive impact on college students'leisure time physical activity,intention and perceptual behavior control increase by one unit respectively,and the probability of college students'leisure time physical activity will increase by 1.296 times and 1.604 respectively.3)The leisure time physical activity of male students is significantly higher than that of female students,and that of students with normal BMI is significantly higher than that of obese students.
