基于标准表法的洗胃机自动检定装置的研制

摘　　要：洗胃机作为挽救生命的重要医疗设备之一,其溯源问题一直无法解决,针对该问题,提出一种基于标准表法原理的洗胃机溯源方法。基于该方法研制了洗胃机自动检定装置,设计了双回路标准表检定系统及基于LabVIEW和PLC的检定系统软硬件,并对装置进行了不确定评定。试验结果表明,基于文中所提方法的检定装置能较好地维持检定过程中流量和状态参数的稳定,其检定不确定度满足洗胃机的检定或校准要求。As one of the important medical equipment to save life, the traceability problem of gastric lavage machine is always unsolvable.To solve this problem, a traceability method of gastric lavage machine based on standard meter method was proposed.Based on this method, the automatic verification device of gastric lavage machine was developed, the verification system of double circuit standard table and the software and hardware of the verification system based on LabVIEW and PLC were designed, and the device was evaluated with uncertainty.The experimental results show that the standard device based on the proposed method can maintain the stability of flow and state parameters in the verification process, and its verification uncertainty meets the verification or calibration requirements of gastric lavage machine.
