摘　　要：如期全面建成小康社会之后,乘势而上全面建设富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国是我国在新时代的战略任务。党的十九届五中全会提出了2035年基本实现社会主义现代化远景目标,并作出了“四个全面”的最新表达,将全面建设社会主义现代化国家位于“四个全面”之首,开启了全面建成社会主义现代化强国的新征程。全面建成社会主义现代化强国内涵丰富,意蕴深厚,具有鲜明的全面性、社会主义属性、现代性的显著特征,新征程上我们要全面理解和把握社会主义现代化强国的丰富内涵,推动中国特色社会主义事业不断向前发展。After building a moderately prosperous society in an all round way as scheduled,it is my country s strategic task in the new era to build a prosperous,strong,democratic,culturally advanced,harmonious and beautiful socialist modernized country in an all round way.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the long term goal of basically realizing socialist modernization by 2035,and made the latest expression of“four comprehensives”,placing the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country at the top of the four comprehensives,and opening the door for comprehensive construction.A new journey for a powerful modern socialist country.Building a powerful modern socialist country in an all round way has rich connotations and profound implications,with distinctive features of comprehensiveness,socialist attributes,and modernity.On the new journey,we must fully understand and grasp the rich connotations of a great modern socialist country and promote socialism with Chinese characteristics.We will continue to advance the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
