摘 要:能源危机日益严峻,我国北方集中供暖成为节能减排的重点。以集中供暖运行维护过程中的能耗为切入点,通过多组数据比对分析,探究了居住建筑入住率和典型户比例与实际供暖面积热指标的关系,发现入住率与实际供暖面积热指标呈负相关,典型户的户间传热对热指标存在重要影响。提出了2种实际供暖面积热指标估算方法,可作为热力运维公司供暖初期运行调试的指导依据。The energy crisis is becoming increasingly severe,and central heating in northern China has become the focus of energy conservation and emission reduction.Taking the energy consumption in the operation and maintenance of central heating as the starting point,through the comparative analysis of multiple sets of data,the relationship between the occupancy rate of residential buildings and the proportion of typical households and the heating load index of actual heating area is explored,and it is found that the occupancy rate is negatively correlated with the heating load index of actual heating area,and the heat transfer between the households of typical households has an important impact on the heating load index.Two methods of estimating the heating load index of actual heating area are proposed,which can be used as the guiding basis for the initial operation and commissioning of heating operation and maintenance companies.
