苯并异噻唑啉酮对柞蚕链球菌的防治效果评价

摘  要:柞蚕链球菌(Streptocouccus pernyi sp.Nov.)可导致柞蚕空胴病,严重危害柞蚕。苯并异噻唑啉酮(benzisothiazolinone,BIT)具有抗菌谱广、抑菌活性高、低毒性、环境友好等优点。采用琼脂孔穴扩散法、比浊法测定BIT对柞蚕链球菌的抑菌活性后,在室内通过对试蚕先添菌后添药处理,测定BIT对柞蚕空胴病的防治效果。结果表明125、250、500 mg/L BIT药剂在平板上可分别形成直径为6.3、10.7、17.7 mm的抑菌圈,最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)为62.5 mg/L,最小杀菌浓度(minimum bactericidal concentration,MBC)为125.0 mg/L。1×10^(9) mL^(-1)菌液喷叶后添食柞蚕72 h可使对照区试蚕发病率较快到达97.8%,两次叶面添食500、1000 mg/L BIT处理,防效可达84.1%~88.6%。以上结果表明BIT有望成为防治柞蚕空胴病的优良药剂。Streptococcus pernyi sp.Nov.can cause the empty-gut disease and serious damage to the tussah.Benzoisothiazolinone(BIT)has the advantages of broad antibacterial spectrum,high antibacterial activity,low toxicity and environment-friendliness.After the antibacterial activity of BIT against Streptococcus pernyi was determined by agar hole diffusion method and turbidimetric method,the control effect of BIT on empty-gut disease of tussah was determined by adding bacteria first and then bactericide to the tested silkworm in laboratory.The results showed that 125,250 and 500 mg/L BIT could form inhibition zones with diameters of 6.3,10.7 and 17.7 mm,respectively,and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)were 62.5 and 125.0 mg/L,respectively.Feeding silkworms in the control group for 72 h with leaves sprayed with 1×10^(9) mL^(-1) bacteria solution could lift the incidence rate to 97.8%rapidly.And the control effect could reach 84.1%-88.6%after feeding leaves twice treated with 500 and 1000 mg/L of BIT.These results indicated that BIT might be a good bactericide for controlling the empty-gut disease of Antheraea pernyi.
