桑树新品种川桑99的区域性鉴定及农村生产试验

摘　　要：蚕桑产业是四川省传统特色优势产业,培育出优良桑树新品种对巩固全省蚕桑产业的优势地位,实现产业可持续发展具有重要意义。川桑99是以川799为育种材料,通过秋水仙碱化学诱变处理后系统选育而成;2011—2013年在四川省多点进行区域性试验和农村生产试验,均表现出优良的特性。该品种树形直立稍开展,发条数多,生长势好。全年每公顷桑平均产叶量为37239.04 kg,比对照品种湖桑32增产11.39%。新品种桑叶的养蚕成绩为:万蚕收茧量19.64 kg、万蚕茧层量4.71 kg、50 kg桑产茧量3.82 kg,分别比对照品种湖桑32提高7.15%、8.53%、7.61%。该新桑品种具有桑叶产量高、品质好、桑叶硬化迟、能提高蚕茧茧层率等优点,宜中低干养型,适合密植。该品种是一个适合稚壮蚕用叶的优质、高产型桑树新品种。Sericulture is a traditional and advantageous industry in Sichuan Province.It is of great significance to cultivate new mulberry varieties to consolidate the leading position of the sericulture industry in the province and realize the sustainable development of the industry.Chuansang 99 was selected by chemical mutagenesis of colchicine with Chuan 799 as the breeding material;it showed excellent characteristics in regional trials and rural production tests in Sichuan Province from 2011 to 2013.The tree shape of this species is erect and slightly developed,with many branches and good growth.The annual average leaf yield of mulberry per hectare was 37239.04 kg,which was 11.39%higher than that of the control variety Husang 32.The results of silkworm rearing with the new variety of mulberry leaves were as follows:19.64 kg of cocoon harvested by ten thousand silkworms,4.71 kg of cocoon layer of ten thousand silkworms,and 3.82 kg of cocoon yield of 50 kg mulberry leaves,which were 7.15%,8.53%and 7.61%higher than the control variety Husang 32,respectively.This new mulberry variety has the advantages of high leaf yield,good quality,and late hardening of mulberry leaves,and can improve cocoon layer rate.It is suitable to cultivate the shape at low trunk height,and suitable for dense planting.This variety is a new high-quality and high-yield mulberry variety suitable for young and strong silkworms.
