摘　　要：探讨老年慢性病患者的用药现状并提出安全用药建议。目前,老年慢性病患者用药存在多病共存,多药联用、用药依从性差、缺乏安全用药意识与专业用药指导等现象。笔者就老年慢性病患者的用药现状,从优化用药方案、加强用药宣教、促进学科联合、推行家庭药师、保证家庭支持等方面进行综述,以确保老年慢性病患者的用药安全。To explore the medication status of elderly patients with chronic diseases and propose safe medication recommendations.There are multiple diseases coexisting in elderly patients with chronic diseases,such as multi-drug combination,poor medication compliance,lack of safe medication awareness,and lack of professional medication intervention.In order to ensure the medication safety of elderly patients with chronic diseases,the author reviewed the current drug use status of elderly patients with chronic diseases from the aspects of optimizing drug regimens,strengthening drug publicity and education,promoting interdisciplinary cooperation,promoting family pharmacists,and ensuring family support.
