摘　　要：既有建筑节能改造实践是多元主体动力协同驱动的结果,不同发展阶段各主体动力作用具有差异性。从市场发展阶段划分、主导主体动力、激励政策、博弈策略研究等方面梳理了我国既有建筑节能改造市场发展理论探索。从合同能源管理模式的运用、多样化的经济激励措施、立体化的法律法规及试点示范工程等方面剖析我国既有建筑节能改造市场发展实践特征。分析了我国既有建筑节能改造市场发展的实践特征和理论研究进展,论证了既有建筑节能改造市场发展中主导动力转移机制研究理论价值与实践意义。The practice of energy-saving renovation of existing buildings is the result of the coordinated drive of multiple main powers,and the power of each main power at different stages of development is different.From the aspects of market development stage division,dominant main power,incentive policy,game strategy,etc.,the theoretical exploration of the development of the energy-saving renovation market for existing buildings in my country has been combed.From the application of contract energy management model,diversified economic incentive measures,three-dimensional laws and regulations,and pilot demonstration projects,it analyzed the development and practice characteristics of my country's existing building energy-saving renovation market.It analyzed the practical characteristics and theoretical research progress of the energy-saving renovation market of existing buildings in my country,and demonstrates the theoretical value and practical significance of the research on the dominant power transfer mechanism in the development of the existing building energy-saving renovation market.
