摘  要:文章介绍了核电无刷励磁机定子线圈受外力导致匝间开裂后的处理方法。通过匝间冲击试验、交流阻抗试验等试验手段,可有效检测匝间绝缘是否损伤及损伤的严重程度,采取复型、填充绝缘、烘焙等处理方法,缺陷得以有效解决,为该类型故障的查找和处理积累了宝贵的经验,保障了电厂机组安全稳定运行。This paper introduces the treatment way of interturn cracking affected by external force from the stator coil of nuclear power brushless exciter.Through inter-turn impact,AC impedance and other test means,it can effectively detect whether the insulation between turns is damaged and the severity of damage.By duplication,filling insulation,baking and other processing methods,the defects are effectively solved,which accumulate valuable experience for the search and treatment of this type of fault,and ensure the safe and stable operation of power plant units.
