摘　　要：产后出血是阴道分娩常见并发症之一。四川大学华西第二医院针对阴道分娩产后出血管理存在问题,从孕妇层面识别高危因素,助产士层面规范血液计量法,医师层面规范宫缩乏力性产后出血三级防治流程,科室层面制度化产后出血防治要点,医院层面建立多学科快速反应团队等方面强化了管理,使出血量估测误差减小,阴道分娩产后出血发生率降低。Postpartum hemorrhage is one of the common complications of vaginal delivery.Based on the problems in postpartum hemorrhage management for vaginal delivery,the West China Second University Hospital,Sichuan University promoted the management through aspects of identifying risk factors at the pregnant women level,standardizing blood measurement at midwife level,standardizing the three-level prevention process of postpartum hemorrhage at the physician level,institutionalizing the key points of postpartum hemorrhage prevention at department level,building a multidisciplinary rapid response team for postpartum hemorrhage at the hospital level,which reduced the blood loss esti mation error and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery.
