集束化管理提高催产素引产成功率

摘　　要：科学管理催产素引产过程是产科一项重要工作。针对催产素引产成功率较低的原因.实施了集束化管理模式,包括建立催产素引产质控小组,加强催产素引产指南和技能餉培训与考核.规范和优化催产素引产流程,强化医护合作,建立催产素引产中心,加强信息化建设,提供人性化服务等。实施后,孕妇催产素引产时间缩短,催产素引产成功率提高,母婴并发症发生率有所下降,孕妇满意度提升。集束化管理在保障母婴安全的基础上,提高了催产素引产成功率。Scientific management of oxytocin induction of labor is an important work in Obstetrics Department.Ac cording to the low success rate of oxytocin induced labor,the implementation of the cluster management mode,including establishing oxytocin induced labor quality control team,strengthening the training and examination on guide and skills to oxytocin induced labor,standardizing and optimizing oxytocin induced labor process,strengthening the medical cooperation,establishing oxytocin induced labor center,strengthening the construction of information,providing humanized service,etc.After implementation,the average duration of labor induced by oxytocin in pregnant women was shortened,the success rate of labor induced by oxytocin was increased,the incidence of maternal and infant complications was decreased,and the satisfaction of pregnant women was improved.Cluster management improved the success rate of oxyto cin induction labor on the basis of ensuring the safety of mother and child.
