摘　　要：降低阴道试产中转剖宫产术后并发症发生率是产房质量改进的重点。济南市妇幼保健院构建并实施了产房多学科协作模式,降低了阴道试产中转剖宫产产妇产后出血率、产褥感染率和新生儿窒息率,缩短了紧急和急症剖宫产决定手术至胎儿娩出时间。产房多学科协作模式将产后出血、产褥感染等预防关口前移,提高了阴道试产中转剖宫产围术期医疗质量。Reducing the incidence of postoperative complications after vaginal trial delivery transferring to cesarean section is the focus of delivery room quality improvement.Jinan Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital has established and implemented a multi-disciplinary team mode for delivery rooms,which has reduced the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,puerperal infection rate and neonatal asphyxia rate,and shortened the time from emergency and acute cesarean section decision to delivery interval.The multi-disciplinary team mode of delivery room moves the prevention threshold of postpartum hemorrhage and infection forward,and improves the medical quality during the perioperative period of va ginal trial delivery transferring to cesarean section.
