摘　　要：既往不合理入院研究多以现状为主。文章指出了既往研究存在的不足,利用博弈模型分析了医方、患方和监管方三方影响不合理入院的关键环节,提出需强化政府责任、推动医保制度改革、加强紧密型医联体建设、加强医院内部管理、转变患者就医观念等建议,为解决不合理入院提供了参考。Most of the previous studies on unreasonable admissions were based on the status quo.This study ana lyzed the limitations in previous studies,using the game model to analyze the key links of unreasonable admission affected by three parties of the doctors,patients and government.It put forward the suggestions of strengthening the government responsibility,promoting health care system reform,strengthening the construction of compact medical union,strengthening the hospital internal management,and changing the concept of patients,which provided the reference to solve the unreasonable admission.
