从《本草崇原集说》管窥清代医家对药性的认识

摘　　要：《本草崇原集说》为清代医家仲学辂纂集。该书集诸位清代医家认识之大成,对中药药性的介绍,并不仅限于描述其性味功效,而是结合临床实际,引经据典,以整体学说、阴阳学说、运气学说为基础,从药物的源流、生长环境、外观习性、药性功用等多个方面进行阐释,体现了中医天人相应、取象比类的传统哲学思想。《本草崇原集说》对药性的认识包括从运气角度认识药性、以象思维认识药性、“以经解经”认识药性几个方面。Ben Cao Chong Yuan Ji Shuo was compiled by Zhong Xuelu,a physician of Qing Dynasty.This book is the culmination of the understanding of all the physicians in the Qing Dynasty.The introduction to the drug nature of traditional Chinese medicine is not limited to describing its properties,flavors,and efficacy,but includes clinical practice,citing classics,and is based on the holistic view in TCM theory,the Yin and Yang theory,and the Yunqi doctrine,and explained from the drug origin,growth environment,appearance habit,medicinal function and other aspects,which embodies the philosophical thought of traditional Chinese medicine,which is the correspondence between heaven and man as well as analogism.The understanding of drug nature in Ben Cao Chong Yuan Ji Shuo includes the understanding of drug nature from the perspective of Yun Qi Theory,the understanding of medicinal properties with image thinking,and the understanding of medicinal properties by"interpreting the classics with other classics".
