摘　　要：殷克敬教授对痛证有独到见解,创造性提出“痛则筋急”的病机,妙用古老刺法“关刺”缓解“筋急”所致痛证,筋脉得利,气血得行。善用经络诊察,在《黄帝内经》启示下形成“审、按、循”的经络诊察法,明辨病位所在、病情虚实,“诊切寻因,明辨经络”,并运用“远道刺”法治疗痛证,循经而刺,疏经通络,直达病所。在《黄帝内经》“开、阖、枢”理论基础上延伸出“经络别通”特色辨经取穴法,阐明三阴三阳与手足六经别样平衡相通关系,取穴少而精。Professor Yin Keqing has a unique view on pain syndrome,and creatively puts forward the pathogenesis of"pain go with strained tendon,and cleverly used the ancient needling method of"Guan needling"to relieve pain syndrome caused by"strained tendon",so as to get normal tendon and meridian as well as improved blood regulation.He makes good use of meridian diagnosis and examination,and form the meridian diagnosis method of"observing,pressing and following the route"under the inspiration of Huang Di Nei Jing,to identify the location of the disease and the deficiency or excessiveness condition of the disease,"diagnose and find the cause,and then distinguish the meridian and collaterals".Then the"distant acupuncture"method is used in the treatment of pain syndrome,by puncture along the meridians,dredging the meridians and dredging the collaterals,and directly to the disease site eventually.On the basis of the theory of"opening,closing and pivoting"in Huang Di Nei Jing,the characteristic method of identifying meridians and selecting acupoints is applied,and the three Yin,three Yang and the six meridians of the hand and foot are balanced in different ways and interconnections,with few and effective selection of acupoints.
