摘　　要：目的:观察吴茱萸循经热熨针对放疗患者癌因性疲乏(cancer related fatigue,CRF)的干预效果。方法:将124例存在中度癌因性疲乏症状接受放疗的实体瘤患者作为研究对象,通过SPSS软件随机分为对照组和试验组,每组62例。对照组为医院常规护理,试验组则在常规护理的基础上,接受14 d中药热熨敷技术干预。使用单维度的简短疲乏量表(brief fatigue inventory,BFI)、多维度的Piper疲乏修订量表(revised piper fatigue scale,PFSR)以及Barthel指数评价干预效果。结果:干预后,试验组BFI得分明显低于对照组(t=-3.301,P=0.001<0.05)。与干预前比较,对照组RPFS得分较14 d前无显著变化(t=0.842,P>0.05),而试验组RPFS得分较14 d前明显升高(t=5.382,P<0.01)。干预后两组Barthel指数均较前升高,而试验组具有显著统计学差异。结论:吴茱萸循经热熨可显著改善放疗患者CRF的症状并提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To observe the intervention effect of Wuzhuyu(Evodia Fructus)along the meridian for cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in radiotherapy patients.Methods:A total of 124 solid tumor patients with moderate cancer-related fatigue symptoms who received radiotherapy were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group by SPSS software,with 62 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care in the hospital,while the experimental group received 14 days of traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing technology intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Intervention effects were evaluated by using a unidimensional brief fatigue inventory(BFI),a multidimensional revised piper fatigue scale(PFSR)and the Barthel index.Results:After the intervention,the BFI score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=-3.301,P=0.001<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the RPFS score of the control group had no significant change compared with that before 14 days(t=0.842,P>0.05),while the RPFS score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that before 14 days(t=5.382,P<0.01).After the intervention,the Barthel index of the two groups was higher than that before,while the experimental group had a significant statistical difference.Conclusion:Hot ironing of Evodia officinalis along the meridian can significantly improve the symptoms of CRF in patients with radiotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients.
