香附四子散热熨对胰岛素注射部位皮下脂肪增生的影响

摘　　要：目的:基于“中和思想”探讨香附四子散热熨对胰岛素注射部位皮下脂肪增生的临床效果研究。方法:选取2019年3月至2021年3月桂林市中西医结合医院符合纳入及排除标准的2型糖尿病胰岛素注射致皮下硬结患者120例。运用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组应用硫酸镁湿热敷方式治疗,观察组采用香附四子散热熨治疗,两组均连续干预10 d。比较治疗前后两组患者皮下硬结面积大小、临床疗效、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖,并统计不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后2组皮下硬结面积、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(46.67%),差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组患者不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:借助“中和思想”运用香附四子散热熨方式治疗胰岛素注射所致皮下脂肪增生患者,可有效改善皮下硬结状况,提高临床疗效同时有利于血糖控制,且具有良好的安全性。Objective:Based on the"neutralization thought"to explore the clinical effect of Xiang Fu Sizi Powder ironing on subcutaneous fat hyperplasia at the site of insulin injection.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2021,120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with subcutaneous induration caused by insulin injection who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate damp-heat compress,and the observation group was treated with heat-dissipating ironing treatment with four seeds of Cymbidium fumigatus.Both groups were intervened continuously for 10 days.,the size of subcutaneous induration,clinical efficacy,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose in the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was counted.Results:After treatment,the subcutaneous induration area,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were all decreased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate(96.67%)of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(46.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the help of"neutralization thought",the treatment of patients with Xiang Fu Sizi Powder ironing on subcutaneous fat hyperplasia caused by insulin injection can effectively improve the condition of subcutaneous induration,improve the clinical efficacy,and benefit blood sugar control,and has good safety.
