摘　　要：目的:探讨虎符铜砭刮痧联合盆腔穴位注射及磁热疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,SPID)的临床疗效。方法:60例湿热瘀结型SPID患者按治疗先后时间编号,采用随机数字表法平均分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组患者给予常规治疗(盆腔穴位注射+磁热疗法),1次·d^(-1),每个月连续治疗8 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察组在对照组治疗基础上每7天给予全息经络铜砭刮痧1次,连续治疗3个月。比较两组患者连续治疗3个月后中医证候评分、局部体征评分、临床疗效及积液或包块大小。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候评分均显著低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),观察组低于同期对照组(P<0.05);两组局部体征评分均显著低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),观察组低于同期对照组(P<0.05);对照组有效率为73%,观察组有效率为90.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组积液或包块均显著小于本组治疗前(P<0.05),观察组小于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:虎符铜砭刮痧联合盆腔穴位注射及磁热疗法治疗湿热瘀结型SPID临床疗效显著,可显著降低中医证候评分、局部体征评分、积液或包块体积。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Hufu Copper Bian scraping therapy combined with pelvic acupoint injection and magnetic heat therapy in treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID).Methods: 60 cases of SPID patients with Damp-Heat stasis type were numbered according to the treatment time and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group, by random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment(pelvic acupoint injection + magnetic heat therapy),once od-1,8 days per month as a course of treatment, and 3 courses of treatment in a row.On the basis of the control group, the observation group was given holographic meridian copper Bianstone scraping once every 7 days for 3 consecutive months.The TCM syndrome scores, local sign scores, clinical efficacy and the size of effusion or mass were compared between the two groups after continuous treatment for 3 months.Results: After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at the same time(P<0.05).Before(P<0.05),the experimental group was lower than the control group at the same period(P<0.05);the effective rate of the control group was 73%,and the effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).0.05);the effusion or mass in both groups were significantly smaller than those before treatment in this group(P<0.05),and the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Hufu copper-bianstone scraping combined with pelvic acupoint injection and magnetic heat therapy has a significant clinical effect on SPID of damp-heat stasis type, and can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score, local sign score, effusion or mass volume.
