动静结合治疗腕三角软骨损伤

摘　　要：目的:观察动静结合治疗腕三角软骨损伤的疗效。方法:将60例腕三角软骨损伤患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为动静结合治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。动静结合治疗组采取推拿手法加功能锻炼结合医用硬纸板及弹力护腕固定治疗,对照组采取手法复位加医用硬纸板固定结合常规药物治疗。2周为1个疗程,休息1~2 d继续下1个疗程,两组均经3个疗程后观察治疗效果。结果:治疗6周后,动静结合治疗组治愈率为76.67%,明显优于对照组的46.67%;P=0.0276<0.05。通过腕关节功能评分、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)疼痛评分、治愈患者恢复时间比较,治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:动静结合治疗腕三角软骨损伤治愈率高,治疗时间短,操作方便。Objective:To observe the curative effect of the combination of dynamic and static methods combination in the treatment of carpal triangular cartilage injury.Methods:60 patients with cartilage triangular cartilage injury were randomly divided into dynamic and static treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment,with 30 cases in each group.The dynamic and static combination treatment group was treated with massage manipulation plus functional exercise combined with medical cardboard and elastic wrist support,while the control group was treated with manual reduction plus medical cardboard immobilization combined with conventional drug treatment.2 weeks is a course of treatment,rest for 1-2 days to continue the next course of treatment,and the therapeutic effect is observed after 3 courses of treatment in both groups.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,the cure rate of the combined dynamic and static treatment group was 76.67%,which was significantly better than that of the control group,46.67%;P=0.0276<0.05.The wrist joint function score,VAS pain score,and recovery time of cured patients were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of dynamic and static treatment for cartilage triangular cartilage injury has a high cure rate,short treatment time and convenient operation.
