摘  要:烧结式铝电解电容器阳极箔的比容量相比传统腐蚀箔有较大提升,但铝粉粒径对烧结式阳极箔在不同化成电压下电性能的影响有待深入研究。采用不同粒径高纯铝粉和光铝箔为主要原料,通过混浆、涂布、烧结等过程制备烧结箔。对不同粒径铝粉的烧结箔横截面中孔隙尺寸、数量、形状及分布等特征进行表征和统计计算,并借助孔隙理论模型特征计算结果,优化出不同化成电压下烧结箔取得最大比电容的铝粉粒径。结果表明:随粉末粒径增大,理论预测比电容变化规律与实际测量比电容变化规律一致;在200,300,500 V化成电压下,理论优选铝粉粒径分别为2.9,3.3,3.7μm,理论铝粉粒径与实际使用铝粉粒径偏差小于10%;与传统腐蚀箔相比,相同化成电压下烧结箔的比电容提升了至少10%。因此,合理选择特征粒径铝粉有助于烧结箔在不同化成电压下获得更高的比电容。Although the specific capacitance of sintered anode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitor is much higher than that of traditional etching foil,it is necessary to further investigate the influence of aluminum powder particle size on the electrical properties of sintered anode foils under different formation voltages.Using high-purity aluminum powder with different particle sizes and aluminum foil as the main raw materials,the sintered foil was prepared by slurry mixing,coating method and sintering processes.The size,quantity,shape,distribution of the pore in the cross-section of foils were characterized and statistical calculated,and with the help of the calculation results of the pore theoretical model,the particle size of aluminum powder was optimized to maximize the specific capacity of sintered foil under different formation voltages.With increasing powder particle size,the theoretically prediction is consistent with the measured value of the specific capacitance.The opitimized aluminum powder particle size at formation voltage of 200 V,300 V,and 500 V was predicted to be 2.9μm,3.3μm,and 3.7μm,respectively,and the deviation between the theoretical prediction and the actual value of the aluminum powder particle size was less than 10%.Compared with traditional etching foils,the specific capacitance of sintered foils was increased by at least 10%at the same formation voltage.Therefore,the optimization of the particle size of the aluminum powder is helpful to obtain higher specific capacitance of sintered foil under different formation voltages.
