玄贝温胆汤联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗反流性咽喉病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨玄贝温胆汤联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗反流性咽喉病的临床疗效观察。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月160例我院收治的反流性咽喉病的患者为研究对象,平均分为观察组和对照组各80例,对照组实施玄贝温胆汤治疗,而观察组采用玄贝温胆汤联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果患者经过玄贝温胆汤联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗后,观察组的治疗有效率98.75%高于对照组92.50%,有明显统计学差异(P<0.05);反流性咽喉病患者治疗后不良反应分析显示,不良反应率6.25%,观察组的乏力、口干、腹泻、头晕与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过RSI及RFS测定,两组患者治疗前后的发声障碍、痰过多、咳嗽、咽异物感、声带充血、声带水肿比较,组间和组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过SF-36健康量表测定,两组患者的生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康比较有明显差异,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玄贝温胆汤联合半夏泻心汤治疗反流性咽喉病的疗效较好,优于单用玄贝温胆汤,不良反应少经济成本低廉,对患者有效治疗及预后提供新思路以及重要的临床参考应用价值,值得进一步推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuanbei Wendan Decoction combined with Pinellia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of reflux laryngopharyngeal diseases.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,160 cases of our hospital patients with reflux sex pharyngitis were selected as the research object,which were divided into an observation group and a control group with an average of 80 cases each.The control group took Xuanbei Wendan Decoction,while the observation group took Xuanbei Wendan Decoction combined Pinellia Xiexin Decoction.The clinical efficacy of two groups was analyzed.Results After the treatment of Xuanbei Wendan Decoction combined with Pinellia Xiexin Decoction,the effective rate of the observation group was 98.75%,which was higher than that of the control group(92.50%),with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).The analysis of adverse reactions after treatment of patients with reflux pharyngitis showed that the adverse reaction rate was 6.25%.The differences of fatigue,dry mouth,diarrhea and dizziness between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).According to RSI and RFS,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of vocalization disorder,excessive sputum,cough,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,vocal cord congestion and vocal cord edema before and after treatment(P<0.05).According to the SF-36 health scale,there were significant differences in physiological function,physical pain,social function,emotional function and mental health between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to Xuanbei Wendan Decoction alone,Xuanbei Wendan Decoction combined Pinellia Xiexin Decoction has better effect in the treatment of reflux laryngopharyngeal diseases,with less adverse reactions and lower economic cost.This provides new ideas and important clinical reference value for the effective treatment of reflux laryngopharyngeal diseases,which is worthy of further promotion.
