摘　　要：目的观察不同季节对改良化脓灸法治疗青壮年支气管哮喘的疗效影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月该科收治的106例青壮年支气管哮喘患者,随机分组。两组患者均行改良化脓灸法,观察组于“三伏”季进行,对照组于非“三伏”季进行。对比两组灸后情况及治疗前后发作频度、发作时严重程度评分、肺功能指标水平。结果治疗总有效率比较,观察组(94.34%)高于对照组(77.36%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.290,P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后发作频度评分、发作时严重程度评分均更低,差异有统计学意义(t=6.021、8.656,P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组灸疤脱落时间、灸疮愈合时间及排脓时间均更长,灸疮最大直径更大,差异有统计学意义(t=3.563、12.391、4.799、8.648,P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后FEV1、FVC及PEF水平均更高,差异有统计学意义(t=6.636、7.538、4.522,P<0.05)。结论“三伏”季采用改良化脓灸法治疗治疗青壮年支气管哮喘,疗效明显优于非“三伏”季。Objective To observe the effect of modified purulent moxibustion therapy on young adults with bronchial asthma in different seasons.Methods 106 young and middle-aged patients with bronchial asthma admitted to the department from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into groups.Both groups of patients were treated with improved purulent moxibustion,the observation group was treated in the"Dog days"season,and the control group was treated in the non-"Dog days"season.The conditions of the two groups after moxibustion,the frequency of seizures,the severity score at the time of seizures,and the levels of pulmonary function indicators before and after treatment were compared.Results Compared with the total effective rate of treatment,the observation group(94.34%)was higher than the control group(77.36%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.290,P<0.05);compared with the control group,the scores of seizure frequency and severity of seizures in the observation group after treatment were lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.021,8.656,P<0.05);compared with the control group,the moxibustion scar shedding time,moxibustion sore healing time and pus drainage time in the observation group were longer,and the maximum diameter of the moxibustion sore was larger,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.563,12.391,4.799,8.648,P<0.05);compared with the control group,the levels of FEV1, FVC and PEF in the observation group were higher after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (t=6.636, 7.538, 4.522, P<0.05). Conclusion In the "Dog days" season, the improved purulent moxibustion in the treatment of young and middle-aged bronchial asthma is significantly better than that in the non-"Dog days" season.
