黄芪丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者实施黄芪丹参滴丸治疗的临床效果。方法选择2019年9月—2021年7月该院诊治的82例冠心病心绞痛患者开展双盲对照研究,中医辨证均为气虚血瘀证,采用随机抽签法将患者分为参照组和研究组,各41例。参照组予以养心氏片治疗,研究组予以黄芪丹参滴丸治疗,对比两组总体疗效、中医证候积分、心绞痛发作情况及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.12%明显高于参照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.247,P=0.012);研究组中医症状积分及心绞痛每周平均发作次数均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组均无明显的不良反应。结论黄芪丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚血瘀证能提高总体疗效,改善临床症状,减少心绞痛发作次数,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of Huangqi Danshen dripping pills in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Selected 82 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris diagnosed and treated in the hospital from September 2019 to July 2021 to carry out a double-blind controlled study.The TCM dialectics were all,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The patients were divided into a reference group and a study group by random drawing,with 41 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Yangxinshi Tablets,and the study group was treated with Huangqi Danshen Dropping Pills.The overall curative effect,TCM syndrome score,angina attack and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than the reference group,which was 75.61%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.247,P=0.012).The TCM symptom score and the average number of angina attacks per week in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Astragalus Danshen Dropping Pills in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can improve the overall curative effect,improve clinical symptoms,and reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,which is worthy of clincial popularization and application.
