摘  要:目的研究和分析运用免疫比浊法检测尿微量清蛋白精密度过程中加入副波长后对其产生的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月在该院住院治疗的50例患者为研究对象,抽取患者尿液标本,并采用免疫透射比浊法检测其尿微量清蛋白浓度,根据不同浓度将其分为A(10 mg/L)、B(100 mg/L)、C(200 mg/L)、D(400 mg/L)4组,对比在加入副波长前后4组患者尿微量清蛋白精密度与厂商说明的差异。结果以产商声明精密度界限(5%)作对比,在副波长添加前,4组患者尿微量清蛋白精密度和总精密度验证结果均高于5%;而在副波长添加后,4组患者尿微量清蛋白精密度和总精密度验证结果中,A组、B组及C组批内精密度验证结果亦高于5%,但C组总精密度(4.54)和D组(3.05)验证结果则低于5%。结论加入副波长后A组、B组及C组批内精密度验证结果仍高于5%,但C组总精密度和D组验证结果低于5%,故该研究认为加入副波长有助于提高免疫透射比浊法检测尿微量清蛋白的精密度,从而为患者临床诊治提供更加科学的依据。Objective To study and analyze the effect of adding para-wavelength to the precision of urine microalbumin detection by immunoturbidimetry.Methods 50 patients who were hospitalized in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.Urine samples were drawn from the patients,and the concentration of microalbumin in the urine was detected by immunoturbidimetry.They were divided into four groups according to different concentrations:A(10 mg/L),B(100 mg/L),C(200 mg/L)and D(400 mg/L).The differences in the precision of urine microalbumin in the four groups of patients before and after the addition of sub-wavelength were compared with the manufacturer's instructions.Results Compared with the manufacturer's declared precision limit(5%),before the addition of sub-wavelength,the urine microalbumin precision and total precision of the four groups of patients were all higher than 5%.After the addition of sub-wavelength,the urine microalbumin precision and total precision were verified in the four groups of patients.The intra-assay precision validation results of groups A,B and C were also higher than 5%,but the overall precision of group C(4.54)and group D(3.05)were lower than 5%.Conclusion After adding sub-wavelength,the intra-assay precision of group A,group B and group C is still higher than 5%,but the total precision of group C and the verification result of group D are lower than 5%Therefore,in this study,it is believed that the addition of secondary wavelengths is helpful to improve the precision of immunoturbidimetric detection of urinary microalbumin.So as to provide a more scientific basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients.
