子午流注无创针灸+血府逐瘀汤加减治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床有效性研究

摘　　要：目的分析椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕联用子午流注无创针灸与血府逐瘀汤加减治疗的效果。方法选取该院2020年6月—2021年8月收治的60例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分组,对照组30例予以常规西医治疗,研究组30例应用子午流注无创针灸结合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后各症状积分、血液流变学各指标低于对照组,椎动脉与基底动脉的Vm、PI改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后ET-1水平低于对照组,CGRP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.399、5.012,P<0.05)。研究组有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05)。结论子午流注无创针灸与血府逐瘀汤加减结合能够显著减轻患者病情,改善患者椎-基底动脉血供,加速血液循环,从而增强临床治疗的有效性,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of combined use of Ziwu Liuzhu non-invasive acupuncture and modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of vertebral-basilar insufficiency vertigo.Methods A total of 60 patients with vertebral-basilar insufficiency vertigo who were admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,30 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and 30 cases in the study group were treated with Ziwu Liuzhu non-invasive acupuncture combined with modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the symptom scores and hemorheology indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group;the improvement of Vm and PI of vertebral artery and basilar artery was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of ET-1 in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of CGRP was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.399,5.012,P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05).Conclusion Ziwu Liuzhu non-invasive acupuncture combined with modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can significantly relieve the patient's condition,improve the blood supply of the vertebral-basilar artery and accelerate the blood circulation.Thereby enhancing the effectiveness of clinical treatment,worthy of promotion.
