子宫捆绑术在剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力的临床应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨对剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力患者采用子宫捆绑术完成[万方链接]治疗后获得临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2020年12月收治的80例剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力患者进行治疗研究;随机分为常规组(采用传统止血方法治疗)和研究组(采用子宫捆绑式缝合术治疗),各40例。比较两组患者止血有效率、手术时间、产后出血量、催产素使用量以及产后血性恶露干净时间。结果研究组止血有效率为95.00%明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.274,P<0.05);研究组手术时间短于常规组,产后出血量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组催产素使用量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组产后血性恶露干净时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫捆绑式缝合术有效应用,可显著提高有效率,缩短手术时间,减少产后出血,缩短产后血性恶露干净时间,提升患者总体预后水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of uterine binding in patients with uterine atony during cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine atony during cesarean section who were admitted from January 2015 to December 2020 were selected for treatment research.Randomly divided into routine group(treated by traditional hemostatic method)and study group(treated by uterine binding suture),40 cases in each group.The effective rate of hemostasis,operation time,postpartum hemorrhage,oxytocin usage and postpartum hemorrhagic lochia cleaning time were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of hemostasis in the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly better than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.274,P<0.05).The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the usage of oxytocin between the two groups(P>0.05).Postpartum hemorrhagic lochia in the study group was shorter than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of uterine binding suture can significantly improve the efficiency,shorten the operation time,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the cleaning time of postpartum hemorrhagic lochia,and improve the overall prognosis of patients.
