摘 要:目的 分析实施数字化营养膳食模式护理在糖尿病患者中的临床应用效果。方法 选择该院2020年3月—2021年3月收治的86例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用数表法将其随机分为参照组与研究组,每组43例。参照组实施常规饮食护理,研究组实施数字化营养膳食模式护理,比较两组护理前、护理后的营养指标、糖代谢水平、糖尿病自我管理效能评分。结果 护理后,研究组血红蛋白水平(140.36±3.67)g/L、白蛋白水平(46.32±2.58)g/L、前白蛋白水平(247.39±12.57)mg/L均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.001、3.955、8.275,P<0.05);护理后,研究组餐后2 h血糖(7.10±1.02)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.21±0.34)%、空腹血糖(6.21±0.34)mmol/L均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.941、5.483、4.398,P<0.05);护理后,研究组糖尿病自我管理效能评分(169.31±12.52)分高于参照组(112.23±10.54)分,差异有统计学意义(t=22.871,P<0.05)。结论 实施数字化营养膳食模式护理可显著提升患者的营养水平,促进血糖改善,还能有效提高糖尿病患者自我管理效能。Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of implementing digital nutritional dietary model nursing in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 86 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group by the digital table method,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine dietary care,and the study group was given digital nutrition dietary care.The nutritional indexes,glucose metabolism levels and diabetes self-management efficacy scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the hemoglobin level(140.36±3.67) g/L,albumin level(46.32±2.58) g/L and prealbumin level(247.39±12.57) mg/L in the study group were all higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.001,3.955,8.275,P<0.05).After nursing,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose(7.10±1.02)mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin(6.21±0.34)%,and fasting blood glucose(6.21±0.34) mmol/L in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.941,5.483,4.398,P<0.05).After nursing,the diabetes self-management efficacy score of the study group(169.31±12.52) points was higher than that of the reference group(112.23 ±10.54) points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=22.871,P <0.05).Conclusion The implementation of digital nutritional dietary model nursing can significantly improve the nutritional level of patients,promote the improvement of blood glucose,and effectively improve the selfmanagement efficiency of diabetic patients.
