摘　　要：目的 分析改良预警评分(MEWS)在急性胃出血合并糖尿病患者手术治疗中的应用效果。方法 抽取2020年1月—2021年5月期间来该院行手术治疗的急性胃出血合并糖尿病患者84例,随机分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。对照组患者入院后给予常规护理,观察组患者则运用MEWS评分开展临床护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的平均血糖波动水平、血糖达标时间、低血糖发生次数、住院时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将MEWS评分应用到急性胃出血合并糖尿病患者的手术治疗中,可显著改善患者的血糖控制效果,从而缩短患者的治疗时间,提升患者的护理满意度和生活质量。Objective To analyze the application effect of modified early warning score(MEWS) in the surgical treatment of patients with acute gastric hemorrhage complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods 84 patients with acute gastric hemorrhage and diabetes who came to the hospital for surgical treatment from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected.Randomly divided into observation group(n=42) and control group(n=42).The patients in the control group were given routine care after admission,while the patients in the observation group were given clinical care using the MEWS score.Compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The average blood glucose fluctuation level,blood sugar reaching time,frequency of hypoglycemia,and the hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MEWS score to the surgical treatment of patients with acute gastric hemorrhage and diabetes can significantly improve the blood glucose control effect of patients,thereby shortening the treatment time of patients,and improving the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients.
