中药内服及足浴对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探究中药内服及足浴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法 采用掷硬币的方式将该科2018年1月—2020年10月纳入研究的40例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为两组,各20例。对照组开展常规西药治疗,观察组对照组基础上采用中药内服联合足浴治疗,对比神经症状及神经缺陷指标和治疗疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);神经症状及神经缺陷指标皆低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.042、2.733,P<0.05)。结论 相比常规西药治疗,实施中药内服联合足浴干预后,在糖尿病周围神经病变症状改善方面,治疗效果较明显,患者各指标更优,中药内服联合足浴有较强的推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of oral administration and foot bath on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The 40 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were included in the study from January 2018 to October 2020 in the department were divided into two groups by tossing a coin,the control group was treated with routine western medicine,the observation group was treated with oral Chinese medicine combined with foot bath on the basis of the control group,the neurological symptoms,neurological deficit indexes and therapeutic effects were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the indexes of neurological symptoms and neurological defects were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.042,2.733,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional western medicine treatment,after the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with foot bath intervention,the treatment effect is more obvious in the improvement of symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and the indicators of patients are better.
