摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病患者最普遍的并发症之一,具有难治疗性、疗效差和迁延性等特点,其在社区糖尿病患者中发病率高,患者的生活质量遭到重大影响。近年中医整体护理获得了较好的应用效果,故该文将近年对于社区糖尿病周围神经病变患者的中医护理现状进行综述,包括周围神经病变的中医概念、实施中医整体护理的必要性及中医护理措施,旨在为完善糖尿病社区护理工作,对控制糖尿病周围神经病变的病情起到正向作用。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common complications in patients with diabetes,which is characterized by refractory treatment,poor curative effect and persistence.It has a high incidence in community diabetic patients,and the patients’ quality of life are greatly affected.In recent years,TCM holistic nursing has achieved good application effect.Therefore,this article reviews the current situation of TCM nursing for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the community in recent years,including the TCM concept of peripheral neuropathy,the necessity of implementing TCM holistic nursing,and TCM nursing measures.The purpose is to improve the diabetes community care work and play a positive role in controlling the condition of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
