摘  要:针对安钢炉卷轧机生产的低合金Q345B钢板边部裂纹的产生原因进行了技术分析,结果发现铸坯边部气泡缺陷导致了钢板边部裂纹问题。进一步调查发现由于中间包水口密封用氩气管路泄漏造成空气通过水口接缝处进入钢水引起钢中氧含量增加,在凝固过程中钢水中碳与氧发生反应生产的CO气泡被凝固坯壳捕捉是产生铸坯边部皮下气泡的根本原因。Technical analysis which focused on causes of edge crack on plate of Q345B steel grade rolled by the steckel mill in Angang were made thoroughly. The result showed that the problem of the edge crack originated from the defect of blowhole on the edge of slab. It was found through further investigation that oxygen content in liquid steel increased by aspirating of air at the joint between nozzles because of the leakage of argon pipe which seals the joints. The primary cause for subsurface blowholes on slab edge is entrapped by solidification shell of CO bubbles which generated from reaction between carbon and oxygen in the liquid steel during period of the solidifying.
