摘  要:气保焊丝ER70S-6在细拉拔过程中断裂断口主要以锥型断口为主,通过对锥型断口进行分析断裂源为芯部异常组织“硬质相”引起的,通过扫描电镜分析“硬质相”为变形屈氏体。盘条控冷温度偏低时形成少量屈氏体,屈氏体随拉拔变形、破碎后沿纵向分布,屈氏体与基体变形量不一致使其周围产生微裂纹,当产生的微裂纹超出了基体的弥补能力时,微裂纹就会扩展直至断裂。The fracture of ER70S-6 gas-shielded welding wire is mainly cone fracture in the process of fine drawing. The fracture source is caused by abnormal hard phase in the core, and the hard phase is troostite by SEM.When the controlled cooling temperature of wire rod is low, a small amount of troostite is formed, and troostite is distributed along the longitudinal direction after drawing deformation and crushing. The inconsistent deformation between troostite and matrix causes microcracks around it. When the microcracks exceed the compensation capacity of matrix, the microcracks will expand until fracture.
