摘  要:本文以AH60C含铌板坯为研究对象,结合生产现场实际情况,从钢种特性、二次冷却强度、结晶器保护渣性能三方面分析了铸坯表面横裂纹形成原因,采取控制钢中成分、降低二冷强度,提高矫直点温度、改善保护渣性能等措施,有效改善了铸坯表面横裂纹缺陷,使横裂纹发生率基本控制在0.5%以下,效果比较明显。Based on the AH60C niobium-containing slab as the research object, combined with the actual situation of production site, the causes of slab surface transverse crack are analyzed from three aspects such as steel grade characteristics, secondary cooling strength and mold powder performance. Measures such as controlling steel composition, reducing secondary cooling strength, increasing straightening point temperature and improving mold powder performance are taken to effectively improve slab surface transverse crack defects, the occurrence rate of transverse crack is basically controlled below 0.5%. The effect is relatively obvious.
