摘 要:某厂振动式下渣检测系统经过多年的使用,控制精度越来越差,为了提高振动式下渣检测系统的控制精度,对该厂下渣检测系统的滤波频率和参数进行了优化,使得下渣检测准确性得到显著提高,达到88%。优化后钢液的洁净度改善效果明显,同时因钢包下渣造成的蓄流次数由月平均1.5次降低为月平均0.4次,中间包铝损合格率平均提高了4.97%,中间包全氧合格率平均提高17.01%,过渡坯冶金缺陷占总冶金缺陷的比例由平均27.44%下降为19.28%,下降幅度为8.16%。In order to improve the control precision of the vibration type slag detection system, the filtering frequency and parameters of the factory slag detection system were optimized, which significantly improved the accuracy of the slag detection, up to 88%. After optimization, the cleanliness of molten steel is improved obviously,and the number of storage times caused by slag under ladle is decreased from 1.5 to 0.4 times per month, the aluminum loss qualification rate of tundish is increased by 4.97% and the total oxygen qualification rate of tundish is increased by 17.01%. The ratio of metallurgical defects in transition billet to total metallurgical defects decreased from27.44% to 19.28%, with a decrease of 8.16%.
