摘 要:以高压共轨系统为研究对象,开发了轨压双闭环控制策略,外环为轨压闭环,内环为燃油计量阀电流闭环,两闭环都加入了前馈控制。另外,还考虑了电瓶电压波动对于轨压控制的影响。在油泵试验台进行了前馈流量的测试,在1台6缸高压共轨柴油机上进行了试验研究。试验表明,双闭环加前馈控制策略可以实现稳态工况轨压波动范围在±1 MPa以内、瞬态工况在±5 MPa以内的效果。电瓶电压修正计量阀占空比的策略能够有效避免电瓶电压波动导致的轨压异常变化。Taking the high-pressure common rail system as the research object,a dual closed-loop rail pressure control strategy has been developed.The outer loop is the rail pressure closed loop,and the inner loop is the fuel metering valve current closed loop.The influence of battery voltage fluctuation on rail pressure control is taken into account.The Measurement of feedforward flow rate was carried out on the fuel pump test bench,and finally the experimental research was carried out on a 6-cylinder high-pressure common rail diesel engine.It have shown that the dual closed-loop and feedforward control strategy can achieve the effect of rail pressure fluctuations within±1 MPa under engine steady-state operating conditions,and within±5 MPa under transient operating conditions.The strategy that battery voltage corrects metering valve duty cycle can effectively avoidabnormal changes in rail pressure caused by battery voltage fluctuations.
