摘　　要：PDM/Creo数字化设计平台对提升研发设计效率、保证数据模型的一致性起到了极大的促进作用,高质量完整的三维模型是保证平台数据源有效性的重点。工程师在三维模型的设计过程中,材料参数的人工输入会严重影响设计效率,并可能出现数据错误,因此,材料库的创建很有必要。通过统一调用材料库内的材料文件,不仅提升了设计效率,也保证了同一材料参数的统一,提升了标准化水平。PDM/Creo digital design platform has greatly promoted the efficiency of R&D and design and ensured the consistency of data models.High quality and complete 3D model is the key to ensure the effectiveness of platform data source.In the design process of 3D model,the manual input of material parameters will seriously affect the design efficiency,and data errors may occur.Therefore,it is necessary to create the material library.By uniformly calling the material files in the material library,not only is the design efficiency improved,but also the unification of the same material parameters is ensured,thus improving the standardization level.
