摘  要:以某柴油机主轴承座孔和主轴瓦为研究对象,通过有限元法模拟了机体—主轴承盖装配状态下的镗孔工艺。分别采用两种模拟方法(传统有限元法和轴承座孔节点坐标补偿法)计算主轴承座孔和主轴瓦的变形。结果表明,是否补偿轴承座孔内表面节点坐标,对过盈配合后轴瓦的变形结果影响较大。建议对主轴瓦变形进行计算时,考虑对主轴承座孔进行节点坐标补偿。In this paper,the main bearing housing bore and main bearing of a diesel engine were studied,and the main bearing boring process in assembly by a finite element method.Two simulation methods(traditional finite element method and bearing housing bore node coordinate compensation method)were used to calculate the deformation of main bearing housing bore and main bearing.The results show that whether to compensate the nodes coordinate on the inner surface of bearing housing bore has great influence on the deformation of main bearing after interference fit.It is suggested that nodes coordinate compensation should be considered for main bearing housing bore when calculating the deformation of main bearing.
