摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)应用聚乙二醇洛塞那肽(PEX168)联合长效胰岛素治疗对血糖控制的效果。方法选择该院2020年6月—2021年12月收治的T2DM患者80例,随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,各40例。对照组单用长效胰岛素,观察组采用长效胰岛素联合PEX168。比较两组疗效与不良反应以及治疗前后血糖与C肽水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(97.50%vs 77.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05),但两组不良反应如胃肠道反应、全身性反应、神经系统反应发生率(12.50%vs 7.50%,10.00%vs 5.00%,5.00%vs 7.50%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.139、0.180、0.000,P>0.05);治疗前两组血糖与C肽水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组[(6.05±1.05)mmol/L vs(8.23±1.60)mmol/L,(7.28±1.15)mmol/L vs(9.67±1.38)mmol/L,(7.03±1.95)%vs(8.75±2.14)%],差异有统计学意义(t=2.693、2.881、2.763,P<0.05),而空腹C肽、餐后2 h-C肽高于对照组[(1.25±0.48)mmol/L vs(0.88±0.35)mmol/L,(1.68±0.65)mmol/L vs(0.94±0.57)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(t=2.522、2.647,P<0.05)。结论T2DM应用PEX168联合长效胰岛素治疗,可提高疗效,更好地控制血糖与C肽水平,且不会明显增加不良反应,值得应用。Objective To investigate the effect of polyethylene glycol loxenatide(PEX168)combined with long-acting insulin therapy on blood glucose control in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 80 T2DM patients admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each.The control group was given long-acting insulin alone,while the observation group was given long-acting insulin combined with PEX168.Comparison of curative effect and adverse reactions as well as blood glucose and C-peptide levels before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(97.50%vs 77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05),but the two groups had adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal reactions,systemic reactions,and nervous system reactions.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rates(12.50%vs 7.50%,10.00%vs 5.00%,5.00%vs 7.50%)(χ^(2)=0.139,0.180,0.000,P>0.05);the levels of blood glucose and C-peptide in the two groups before treatment were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(6.05±1.05)mmol/L vs(8.23±1.60)mmol/L,(7.28±1.15)mmol/L vs(9.67±1.38)mmol/L,(7.03±1.95)%vs(8.75±2.14)%],the difference was statistically significant(t=2.693,2.881,2.763,P<0.05),while fasting C-peptide and postprandial 2 hC-peptide were higher than the control group[(1.25±0.48)mmol/L vs(0.88±0.35)mmol/L,(1.68±0.65)mmol/L vs(0.94±0.57)mmol/L],the difference was statistically significant(t=2.522,2.647,P<0.05).Conclusion PEX168 combined with long-acting insulin therapy for T2DM can improve the curative effect,better control blood glucose and C-peptide levels,and will not significantly increase the s
