利拉鲁肽注射液联合盐酸吡格列酮片治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨利拉鲁肽注射液与盐酸吡格列酮片联合治疗对2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取该院2020年5月—2021年5月收治的100例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,使用数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用利拉鲁肽注射液进行治疗,观察组患者则在对照组的基础上联合盐酸吡格列酮片进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血糖指标水平、内脏脂肪素水平、瘦素水平和并发症发生率。结果治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者内脏脂肪素水平和瘦素水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病患者而言,利拉鲁肽注射液联合盐酸吡格列酮片治疗在降低患者的血糖水平、内脏脂肪素水平、瘦素水平和并发症发生率上均有显著作用,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of liraglutide injection combined with pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets on patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group used the number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with liraglutide injection,while the patients in the observation group were treated with pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose index levels,visfatin levels,leptin levels and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of visfatin and leptin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 16.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,liraglutide injection combined with pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets can significantly reduce blood glucose levels,visfatin levels,leptin levels and the incidence of complications.It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
