胃肠道肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期护理干预方案分析

摘　　要：目的分析胃肠道肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期护理干预的应用效果与价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年6月该科室收治的符合研究条件的80例胃肠道肿瘤合并糖尿病手术治疗患者,依据围术期护理模式不同分为对比组(围术期常规护理)、研究组(围术期优质护理),每组40例,对比评估干预效果。结果入院后,两组FPG、2 hPG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术前,研究组FPG、2 hPG水平均较对比组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率(5.00%)较对比组(20.00%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组切口拆线时间、胃管拔除时间以及住院时间均较对比组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组QoR-15量表5个维度(生理舒适度、生理独立性、心理支持、情感、疼痛)评分均较对比组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(95.00%)较对比组(77.50%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃肠道肿瘤合并糖尿病手术治疗患者中,于围术期采取优质护理,对血糖水平控制具有积极作用,同时,还可降低相关并发症发生率、促进康复进程、提高术后早期恢复质量及护理服务满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect and value of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with gastrointestinal tumors complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 patients with gastrointestinal tumors and diabetes mellitus who were eligible for the study from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.They were divided into control groups(perioperative routine nursing care)and the research group(high-quality perioperative care)according to different perioperative nursing modes,40 cases in each group,and the intervention effects were compared and evaluated.Results After admission,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Before surgery,the levels of FPG and 2 hPG levels in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the research group(5.00%)was lower than the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,incision suture removal time,gastric tube removal time and hospitalization time in the research group were shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the QoR-15 scale of the research group screened 5 dimensions(physiological comfort,physical independence,psychological support,emotion,pain)scores were compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was investigated of the research group(95.00%)was higher than the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with gastrointestinal tumors complicated with diabetes mellitus undergoing surgical treatment,high-quality nursing care during the perioperative period has a positive effect on the control of blood glucose levels.At the same time,it can also reduce the incidence of related complications,promote the rehabilitation process,improve the quality of early postoperative recovery and nursing service satisfacti
