补肾健脾活血法治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变应用补肾健脾活血法的临床效果。方法选取房山医院眼科2019年10月—2020年11月治疗的62例单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,随机均分为对照组(常规西药)与研究组(常规治疗+补肾健脾活血法),各31例。观察并分析两组治疗效果及各项指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.77%,明显高于对照组的77.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者视网膜电图震荡电位潜伏期及振幅、血糖、血脂与治疗前相比均有改善,且研究组改善效果均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变在常规治疗基础上予以补肾健脾活血法疗效明显,临床应全身辨证结合眼部辨证制订治疗方案,可显著改善患者视网膜环境、血脂水平及血糖水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue method in the treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy.Methods 62 patients with simple diabetic retinopathy treated in Fangshan Hospital Ophthalmology from October 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into control group(routine western medicine)and study group(routine treatment plus kidney reinforcing spleen and activating blood circulation),31 cases in each group.The effect and indexes after treatment were observed and analyzed between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.77%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.42%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the latency and amplitude of electroretinogram concussion potential,blood glucose and blood lipid of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In simple diabetic retinopathy,on the basis of conventional treatment,the method of invigorating the kidney,strengthening the spleen and promoting blood circulation is effective.The clinical treatment plan should be formulated with systemic syndrome differentiation combined with eye syndrome differentiation.It can significantly improve the retinal environment,blood lipid level and blood glucose level of patients.
