分析高频彩色超声诊断糖尿病老年患者下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色超声在糖尿病老年患者下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块中的诊断价值。方法选取2019年6月—2021年7月收治的102例糖尿病老年患者纳入观察组,另外择取同时期在该院进行体检的100名非糖尿病老年对象纳入对照组,对所有研究对象均给予高频彩色超声检查,并对比两组研究对象的检查结果并分析观察组的下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块检查情况。结果观察组的斑块发现例数及下肢动脉血管壁内膜中厚度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组共检出518块斑块,其中股动脉占比最高,为48.07%,其次是胫动脉(28.76%)、腘动脉(17.76%)和足背动脉(5.41%)。结论对糖尿病老年患者应用高频彩色超声检查可明确其斑块数量及分布位置,有助于临床评估患者下肢动脉粥样硬化病变情况,值得推广。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high-frequency color ultrasound in lower extremity atherosclerotic plaques in elderly diabetic patients.Methods From June 2019 to July 2021,102 elderly patients with diabetes were enrolled in the observation group,and another 100 non diabetic elderly object in the hospital at the same time were included in the control group.All research subjects were given high-frequency color ultrasound examination,and the examination results of the two groups of subjects were compared,and the examination of lower extremity atherosclerotic plaques in the observation group was analyzed.Results The number of plaques found in the observation group and the thickness of the lower extremity arterial intima were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 518 plaques were detected in the observation group,of which the femoral artery accounted for the highest proportion,accounting for 48.07%.Followed by tibial artery(28.76%),popliteal artery(17.76%)and dorsal foot artery(5.41%).Conclusion The application of high-frequency color ultrasonography in elderly patients with diabetes can clarify the number and distribution of plaques,which is helpful for clinical evaluation of patients with lower extremity atherosclerotic lesions,and is worthy of promotion.
