补阳还五汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究补阳还五汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月—2021年1月在该院内分泌科进行治疗的糖尿病周围血管病变(DPN)患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合补阳还五汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果干预前,两组患者密歇根糖尿病周围神经病(MDNS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,对照组MDNS评分高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者踝肱动脉指数(ABI)及足背温度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,对照组ABI指数及足背温度均低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者治疗纤维蛋白原(FIB)、总胆固醇(TC)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,对照组FIB、TC水平均高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合阿托伐他汀能够有效缓解DPN患者的临床症状、改善血流及脂代谢水平。Objective To explore the application value of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease.Methods 60 patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease(DPN)who were treated in the endocrinology department of the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)by random drawing.The control group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the MDNS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the MDNS score of the control group was higher than that of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in ABI index and dorsum of foot temperature between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the ABI index and dorsal temperature of the foot in the control group were lower than those in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of FIB and TC between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the levels of FIB and TC in the control group were higher than those in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with atorvastatin can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve blood flow and lipid metabolism in patients with DPN.
