摘 要:目的研究糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者体内的血清β-羟丁酸、血糖及尿酮体水平变化与其疾病发展的关联及对临床诊断的指导价值。方法选择2020年3月—2021年4月在乌鲁木齐市中医医院就诊的糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,遵循双盲法的分组原则,将50例确诊为酮症酸中毒患者设为1组,另外50例未出现酮症的患者设为2组,并于同期选择50名进行体检的健康人员设定为3组,分析3组的相关指标检测结果。结果1组与2组患者的β-羟丁酸及空腹血糖水平均高于正常人群,且检出1组患者的各项指标水平显著高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1组患者在检测过程中共有41例患者检出尿酮体阳性,占比82.00%,其他两组未检出阳性。1组患者的阳性检出率高于其余两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清β-羟丁酸、血糖及尿酮体水平用于检验糖尿病酮症酸中毒,能够准确反映出疾病进展,为早期的预防、诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。Objective To study the relationship between the changes of serumβ-hydroxybutyric acid,blood glucose and urinary ketone bodies in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis and their disease development and their guiding value for clinical diagnosis.Methods 100 diabetic patients who were treated in Urumqi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.Following the grouping principle of double-blind method,50 patients diagnosed with ketoacidosis were set as 1 group.Another 50 patients without ketosis were divided into 2 group.In the same period,50 healthy persons who underwent physical examination were selected as 3 group.The test results of related indicators in the three groups were analyzed.Results The levels ofβ-hydroxybutyric acid and fasting blood glucose in patients in group 1 and group 2 were higher than those in the normal population,and the levels of each index in patients in group 1 were significantly higher than those in the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 41 patients in 1 group were found to be positive for urinary ketone bodies during the detection process,accounting for 82.00%,and no positive was detected in the other two groups.The positive detection rate of patients in 1 group was higher than that in the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serumβ-hydroxybutyric acid,blood glucose and urinary ketone body levels are used to test diabetic ketoacidosis,which can accurately reflect disease progression and provide a reliable basis for early prevention,diagnosis and treatment.
