摘 要:利用KMnO_(4)/NaHSO_(3)氧化还原体系的超强氧化作用解决石化COD生化污水浓度高、毒性大的难题,意义重大。针对石化碱渣污水、碱渣预处理污水、煤气化污水和再生炭液污水等四种难生化污水特性,采用KMnO_(4)/NaHSO_(3)氧化还原体系处理的实验结果表明:处理效率高,处理时间小于20 min;处理效果好,最佳条件下对四种污水COD的去除率分别为67.00%、56.95%、93.58%和45.20%,对氨氮的去除率分别为34.93%、96.96%、57.60%和98.90%;COD和氨氮的去除主要是Mn(Ⅲ)的作用。Since refractory petrochemical wastewater is of high COD concentration and high toxicity,it is significant to solve this problem by means of the powerful oxidization process from KMnO_(4)/NaHSO_(3) redox system.Four types of petrochemical wastewaters were studied under different KMnO_(4)/NaHSO_(3) treatment conditions,including alkaline wastewater,pre-treated alkaline wastewater,coal gasification wastewater and activated carbon regeneration wastewater.The results indicated that the KMnO_(4)/NaHSO_(3) treatment was fast to achieve efficient pollution removal rate for less than 20 min.KMnO_(4)/NaHSO_(3) redox system performed well under the optimum conditions,and the four wastewaters reached the best COD removal rate of 67.00%,56.95%,93.58%and 45.20%,respectively.And they also reached the best ammonia nitrogen removal rate of 34.93%,96.96%,57.60%and 98.90%,respectively.The Mn(Ⅲ)was proved to be the main oxidant in the COD and ammonia nitrogen removal processes.
