摘 要:随着我国经济的迅速发展,锌原矿资源大幅的开发利用,原矿资源越来越少,但产生的含锌危废的数量与日俱增,种类繁多且成分复杂。为了缓解锌原生资源紧张的压力,同时解决含锌危废对环境污染等问题,研究处置含锌危废再生回收金属锌的工艺迫在眉睫。氨法工艺相比传统酸法工艺处置含锌危废具有原料适应性广、工艺流程短、净化工艺简单、常温操作能耗低、锌回收率高且品质好、设备防腐要求低、投资省、污染少等诸多优点[1]。从这个背景出发,结合项目应用案例,对氨法工艺处置含锌危废进行了相关研究。With the rapid development of China's economy,the raw ore resources of zinc are largely exploited and utilized.The raw ore resources are less and less,but the quantity of hazardous waste containing zinc is increasing day by day.In order to relieve the pressure of original zinc resources and solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by hazardous waste containing zinc,it is urgent to study the process of recycling zinc from hazardous waste containing zinc.Compared with traditional acid process,ammo‐nia process has many advantages,such as wide adaptability of raw material,short process flow,simple purification process,low en‐ergy consumption at room temperature,high zinc recovery rate and good quality,low equipment anticorrosion requirement,low in‐vestment and less pollution.Based on this background,combined with the application cases of related projects,the ammonia process for the treatment of hazardous waste containing zinc was studied.
