观察臂丛神经麻醉下手法治疗肩周炎疾病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的对肩周炎患者使用臂丛神经麻醉下手法治疗的效果进行探讨。方法将2019年2月—2021年10月期间前来该院治疗的80例肩周炎疾病患者列为研究对象,根据随机抽样法把患者随机分成常规组(40例)和研究组(40例)。常规组患者使用常规小针刀进行治疗,研究组使用臂丛神经麻醉下手法进行治疗,观察患者治疗效果(肩关节活动度、疼痛症状改善情况、治疗有效率)。结果研究组治疗有效率97.50%,肩关节活动度中外展(136.58±13.91)°、前屈(139.58±12.48)°、后伸(40.88±5.69)°,疼痛症状改善情况中VAS评分(3.25±1.58)分、PPI评分(3.66±0.44)分、PRI评分(3.33±0.88)分,研究组各项指标均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,t=8.425、11.583、3.828、3.839、3.722、4.249,P<0.05)。结论肩周炎患者通过臂丛神经麻醉手法治疗后,能够降低患者疼痛感,促进患者肩关节功能恢复,治疗效果显著,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of manipulative treatment with brachial plexus anesthesia for patients with frozen shoulders.Methods 80 patients with frozen shoulders disease treated in the hospital from February 2019 to October 2021 were selected as study subjects.According to the random sampling method,the patients were randomly divided into the convention group(40 cases)and the study group(40 cases).Patients in the convention group were treated with a conventional small needle knife.The study group was treated with manipulative treatment with brachial plexus anesthesia.The patients'treatment effect(shoulder joint range of motion,improvement of pain symptoms,and treatment effective rate)was observed.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50%,the range of motion of the shoulder joint was abduction with(136.58±13.91)°,flexion with(139.58±12.48)°,extension with(40.88±5.69)°,in the improvement of pain symptoms,VAS score was(3.25±1.58)points,PPI score was(3.66±0.44)points.PRI score was(3.33±0.88)points,all indicators of the study group were better than those of the convention group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,t=8.425,11.583,3.828,3.839,3.722,4.249,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of manipulative treatment with brachial plexus anesthesia for patients with frozen shoulders disease can improve the patient's pain symptoms and promote the recovery of the patient's shoulder joint function.The treatment effect is significant and the clinical application value is high.
